Thank you for exhibiting at the 2026 Alberta Livestock Expo, at the Excite Lethbridge Exhibition & Trade Centre in Lethbridge. Please find answers to some commonly asked questions below.
Location
Tuesday, October 13 between 10 AM and 6 PM. Anyone can move-in and set-up during this time. If you have a large set-up or require forklift assistance, please plan to set-up early on this day.
Wednesday, October 14 between 9 AM and 11 AM. This 2-hour time frame is for exhibitors with small, quick and easy booth set-ups. Forklift assistance will not be available this day.
- When moving in (and moving-out), please use the loading bays and man doors via the back lot.
- Loading bay 1 is reserved for exhibitors that have reserved forklift assistance.
- Vehicles can enter the back lot via the north parking lot (see diagram).
- Exhibitor vehicles will only be granted access to the back lot during the indicated move-in and move-out times.
- The back lot will be manned by Lethbridge & District Exhibition (LDE) staff during move-in/out times. Exhibitors should provide their license plate number to the guard at the back lot entrance if asked.
- Exhibitors will need to unload their vehicles and access the venue via the back of house KB Heating Hall (Hall B) overhead and man doors on the east side of the venue.
- Once unloaded, exhibitors will need to move their vehicles to park in either the North or South parking lots.
- Vehicles are NOT permitted to enter or exit via the back lot south gate.
- Vendors are NOT permitted to park in the back lot as this area is strictly for unloading.
- Vehicle traffic is limited and is controlled at the discretion of LDE staff- if the lot is too full of unloading vehicles, no other vehicles will be permitted in until some have left.
- Please let us know if you would like to ship your booth and/or equipment to us in advance of the show. We do not offer booth set up services at this time.
Tear down and move-out can begin at 4 PM on Thursday, October 15.

Exhibitor Best Practices
With this now being the 8th year of Alberta Livestock Expo we’ve seen hundreds upon hundreds of different exhibitors and have noticed some trends amongst the businesses that have the most successful experience at the expo. We’ve narrowed it down to the Top 5 Exhibitor Best Practices:
1. Open your booth up so guests can walk in. This makes your space (and you) more approachable. Add sit down tables, chairs or even a sofa, to encourage them to get comfortable and engage. Offer a drink or snacks and take that time to connect with them and talk business.
2. Let your social media followers and email subscribers know you are exhibiting at ALE. This is a great way to drive traffic to your booth and we’ve made it easier for you this year by providing shareable images and badges for your existing advertising media.
3. Come prepared to socialize or bring that employee or business partner who has the gift of gab. ALE is a fantastic setting to share why your product or service is a good fit for your customers and prospects but it’s also an opportunity to get to know the people behind the product and to connect on a personal level.
4. When traffic is slow, take that opportunity to network with other exhibitors. You might be surprised by the opportunities you have, the doors that could open, and customers you have in common! In your registration package we will include a map and list of all the exhibitors and their booth numbers.
5. Create displays that are interesting, engaging and informative but to the point. You want a display that will draw people in and make them want to stop for more than just a brief pass by, so bring product samples for a hands-on look, or share video of on-farm use.

Booth Spaces & Add-ons
Each 10’x10’ booth comes with a draped 6’ table, two chairs, pipe & drape booth dividers, wi-fi, and exhibitor name badges. If you have a larger booth, you will receive the number of tables and chairs equivalent to the number of 10’x10’ booths make up the booth size you have ordered. For instance, a 10’x 20’ booth comes standard with two 6’ tables and four chairs. We can substitute 4’ or 8’ tables for your 6’ table if notified before Wednesday, October 1. We can omit tables and/or chairs. Please let us know before Wednesday, October 1 if you would like any changes to the standard inclusions.

Food & Beverage Add-ons include:
- Wednesday dinner (Chef carved roast beef sirloin, roasted garlic mashed potato, caesar Salad, strawberry spinach salad, roasted beet salad, maple walnut brussels, butternut squash ravioli in rose sauce & chefs selection of desserts) - $55 + GST
- Thursday hot lunch (Braised Sandwich Buffet with Alberta pulled pork in hickory black velvet bbq sauce, bakery fresh buns, coleslaw salad, pasta salad & assorted dessert squares) $30 + GST
- Dinner or Lunch Soft drink ticket - $5.00 + GST
- Dinner Wine or beer ticket - $9.00 + GST
